August 29th, 2010 at 9:28 pmIt is believed that bad breath is caused by anaerobic bacteria under the surface of the tongue. These bacteria thrive only in an oxygen poor, acidic environment. Because of this, two separate things need to be accomplished. First, add oxygen. Second, reduce acidity.
To add oxygen: use hydrogen peroxide as a mouthwash. (use one part hydrogen peroxide (3%), and one part salty water)
To reduce acidity: use baking soda as a toothpaste. (use three parts baking soda, to one part salt)
This simple two step process has been found very effective by many bad breath sufferers.

August 29th, 2010 at 9:28 pmThis may sound far-out but there is no harm trying it anyway: managing our condition has expanded from taking medications to use of light and color.
Place drinking water in a blue glass, leave it under the sun for a few minutes to energize the water. Drink the "blue water" after. Please do this daily, and do let us know in this same post as to the result after a month of compliance.
