No joke? Just get a tooth cleaning. Then daily brushing of the teeth and the tongue. The tongue is what smells usually.

If that doesn’t fix it, it’s your diet. No garlic or onions for awhile.
Your digestive system could be at fault. I am posting a source for you on that.

    Good luck, man.

Hello,, bad breath usually comes from not brushing your tongue. It’s caused by a bacteria that grows there. So brushing your teeth at least twice a day and brushing your tongue as well should help a great deal. It can also be caused from sinus infections,, or allergies. I’ve attached a link that will help you understand a little more about it,, and hopefully help you find a cure,, hope this helps

Bad breath can often times be resolved by eating more foods rich in niacin ~ vitamin B3. ie ~ liver, lean meat, chicken, eggs, roasted peanuts, fish, whole grains and legumes such as peas, beans and lentils.

Lack of vitamin B3 in the body can also be the cause of headaches and migraines, negative personality changes, some cases of diarrhea …………… it will also help eliminate canker sores ♥

Vitamin B3 is necessary for a healthy nervous system and brain functioning.

Take a multi B complex supplement to support a healthy neural, immune and digestive system. Get one that includes all the B’s ie ~ B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 andB12 as they all work synergistically (together). Don’t buy any of the B complex of vitamins individually but rather as a whole complex unless specifically told to do so by a nutritionally oriented physician or naturopath.

They are a water soluble group of vitamins and therefore our bodies can neither store or produce them, as such we need to ingest them on a daily basis or suffer from the side affects as you unfortunately are ♥

Liquid chlorophyll from any good health food store will also help to eliminate or reduce bad breath or offensive body odours ♥

Also take a good digestive supplement before your meals to assist in the digestive process as bad digestion may also be the cause ♥

    take care of you ♥

Each individual has different genetic disposition for the overgrowth of anerobic bacteria in their mouths. Chronically malodorous breath or halitosis is usually the result of this condition. Since individual’s bacterial imbalance is unique, successful treatment requires detailed microbiological assessment and a personalized solution based on the precise nature of the imbalance. An extremely high success rate treating even with very serious bad breath problems using this procedure should be provided by medical clinics.

Generally, treatments neutralize the offending bacteria but must be applied regularly to be continually effective. The patient’s systemic health is a significant factor in assessment and will make a difference in the long term effectiveness of treatment. To resolve problem on halitosis or bad breath, a natural dental product would be a good choice as it contain no sugar, alcohol, or protein substances. It only contains the essential oils of peppermint, spearmint and almond which are active in reducing the levels and the effects of halitosis on your breath. Studies that have been conducted around the world have shown that these three oils, when they are formulated just right, inhibit the odor-producing effects of the bacteria that live within our mouths.
