My 2 year old has really bad breath and fever. Any ideas what it could be?

She has had bronchitis a couple times. She started preschool and she is sick all the time. I am pretty concerned about the really bad breath though. It is kind of weird. Tomorrow we will take her to the doctor. Until then, I am looking for info.

February 15th, 2011 at 10:10 amMy daughter (almost 2) gets bad breath and sometimes a fever when she’s teething. Is she drooling more than usual? That’s what happens to my daughter. But obviously if your daughter gets sick often, it could be something else. Bad breath often comes with a sore throat, too. Maybe some tylenol until you can get to the doctor?

February 15th, 2011 at 10:10 amThis might not be of any help at all because I can’t pinpoint an exact illness that would cause this, but that’s one of the ways my mother could tell I was sick growing up, even into my teen years…when my breath smelled…off.
